  • How long does it take to build a new home and have it ready to move into?

    The complexity, size and inclusions of the home can affect the length of the construction period, generally speaking from design to completion 9-12 months

  • Is it less expensive to have a new house built or buy an existing home?

It depends on various factors including location, the terrain of the build site, personal requirements, quality of fixtures, fee schedule of the builder and more. However, building a home from scratch has many benefits and allows you to pay only for the things you want.

  • Why should I renovate my kitchen and bathroom?

    There are a lot of great reasons! Kitchens and bathrooms are the two most visited rooms in our homes. Renovations can add style and functionality to these rooms, allowing you to enjoy them more and thrive within the space. Newly renovated bathrooms and kitchens also add value to your property as a whole if you’re thinking of one day selling in future.

  • Do you have a list of standard inclusions?

    We provide a PC sum for fittings and fixtures, you can choose within that budget or if you already know what you want, please provide us with your wish list and your plans for quoting. We can then provide you with a customised quote.

  • Will you design for and build on difficult blocks?

    Yes, our house builds are designed to suit your block of land, regardless of the slope. Contact us to find out specific details in regards to your block of land (or block of land you intend to purchase). Building on a sloping block generally costs more in preparation and construction, although sloping blocks generally result in stunning views and more versatile floor plans.
